Customizations add a minimum processing time of 4 business days to your order, regardless of your selected shipping method. Depending on availability, customization requests may take up to 7-10 days to process. If you have questions on the processing time of your order, please contact customer service. No EXCHANGES, RETURNS or CANCELLATIONS will be accepted for customized jerseys. If you are ordering items in addition to your customized jersey, those items will not ship until your entire order, including the customized jersey, is ready to ship. If you would like additional items shipped independently of your customized order, please contact customer service as additional handling costs will be added to your order.
