Fouls and Misconduct is a training DVD for referees. “Players expect and are entitled to protection. As referees, you are guardians of the Laws and the spirit of fair play.” Examples are drawn from games at the famous 1999 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Although viewers are left to draw their own conclusions as to the appropriate action by the referee, this DVD demonstrates clearly the need for officials to protect players from harsh challenges which are not justified by any reasonable standard. Running time is 35 minutes.
